summary

Time: sunday night

Place: Capulets party

Romeo goes to the party with Benvoilo and Mercutio.  At the party Tybalt recognizes Romeos voice and wants to start a fight but Capulet stops him because he does not want to make a scene in front of his guests and he will be the one punished if there is another fight between Montague and Capulet. Later on that night Romeo and Juliet meet for the first time and fall in love , they kiss and then Juliet’s mother calls for her and she has to leave. Juliet asks the nurse about Romeo and nurse tells her that Romeo is a Montague.
