scene summary

place: Capulets orchard/ juliet balcony

time: late sunday night /early monday morning

Romeo is standing below the balcony outside Juliet’s window.  Juliet comes out onto the balcony and thinking she is alone talks about her love for Romeo. She talks about the Fuad between the two family’s and the problem that they are enemy’s and that their parents wouldn’t approve. Romeo is listening to all of this and then appears from the shadows. They talk about their love for each other , Juliet’s nurse call for her and she has to leave but she returns soon after asking when they can marry he tells her the next day “by the hour of nine”
